Complaint Review: Chrome Masters In Modesto

I have sent chrome masters 500 dollars up front to order the rims and tires i wanted. I started dealing with them in the last part of February and it is now April fixing to be May and i havent received my rims and tires. I have called them every day asking and they keep telling me they are on the way but they cannot furnish me with the tracking number. THey say they dont have it at the moment they are on the phone and tell us to call back. Here lately they will hang up the phone when they hear my voice. Finally i talked to Chris and mike supposely they are the managers and they told me the would refund us and that we would have our refund in a week. This was told to us over 3 weeks ago. I work hard for my money and expect to receive something when i have paid money up front!!!! I have contacted the sheriffs office, police dept and some lawyers.
