Complaint Review: Chrome Plating

Chrome Plating, AKA Classic components ruined over $5000 in my parts, cost me a lot in lost contracts, and stole my parts and specialized packaging.

Lynn and Brad Joyner are the best used car salesman ever. They talk a great game, then they don't deliver. If you want to cost yourself a lot of money, and have parts you can't use or sell, use these irresponsible people.

When I called them, they told me they had other people that they had to serve instead of me. They ship items COD so when you have problems, they already have your money, so they don't care about fixing these issues.

They had my parts for MONTHS, and returned them untouched. They damaged my wheels, hubs, and risers, and I had to eat all of this lost money. And what did they do? DENY, DENY, DENY.

I am filing reports with the Santa Ana police department, better business bureau, and Attorney General of California because of these issues.

Use MECLEC instead. They do a great job, and won't let you down like Classic Components AKA Chrome Plating

By the way, they have subsidiaries, South Bay Chrome and Chrome Effects. FYI
