Complaint Review: chrome pros plating

i sent 4 wheels in for rechroming in early october 2013 and they told me 6 weeks.  i got the wheels back in march 2014 and they were just horrible .  i contacted them and they had them picked up a week later and here it is august 25,2014 and i'm still getting the run around and being lied to about them. last month i called my credit card company and filed a dispute and chrome pros called and said they would be done by wednesday. wednesday has came and went 4 times and still no wheels. they say they are doing them to my standards which should be there standards.  it should be done right !  they act like i'm the problem.  don't ever deal with these people as you will never be happy and they will just lie to you over and over.
