Complaint Review: Chrysler Financial

Chrysler failed to send via Certified mail 4 of 5 required notices. The only notice recieved was after the vehicle was disposed of to state balance due. Per investigation by Commission of Financial Regulations; Chrysler is not entitled to Deficiency Balance.

Chrysler hired third party Collection agent "David Watson" who illegally viewed cell phone call history calling friends and family out-of-state posing as investigator attempting to assist me in the return of a stolen vehicle. Used several schemes even contacting receptionist at old job to obtain my whereanouts. I noticed the area code and prefixes of in-coming calls were changed. Purchased "spoof cards" on-line changing caller id documentation. Offered bribe to locate vehicle.

Chrysler hired L and K Recovery (Charter revoked) who illegally entered apartment complex to snatch vehicle (trespass). Insisted on charging $35 processing fee to obtain personal posessions left in vehicle. Items never returned and tags withheld.
