We have had a lease for several years and thankfully it will be ending soon. Our vehicle was a lemon and although we handled that part of the matter (Chrysler Jeep Cheerokee) the financial part is still a mystery. Chrysler Financial never placed the account in dispute, reported incorrect information and never responded to our certified letters. All of their billing practices should be investigated. I encourage everyone that has a problem - any problem - should report it to the FTC and consumer offices as necessary. Chrysler Financial also holds all payments for up to two weeks!! Then they charge late fees and refuse to remove them!! Large companies like Chrysler hope and pray that consumers do not have the time or energy to submit complaints but it is like the power of voting. Submit complaints and eventually someone will listen and do something about it. GOOD LUCK ALL
