Chrysler Financial's job description for its employees must include "rudeness encouraged no people skills at all required ability needed to frustrate and anger idiots stupid enough to utilize our financing no empathy whatsoever for other's problems viciousness especially rewarded." Not to mention that they make no concessions to Reservists called to Active Duty in the military.

I was having pay problems, and had my 2000 Kia Sephia repossessed. I reclaimed it. Since then, my husband lost his job, and I've had additional financial difficulties. As far as Chrysler Financial is concerned, "evidently you are not serious about paying your obligations." They refused to give me their mailing address when I tried to send a money order for a payment that was 31 days late they insisted I send it Quick Collect, "since it's already in collections."

Translation: Since I was such a deadbeat as to have had my car repossessed once, no further notice was due me of the future intent to repossess. Not only that, but I haven't received a statement in months. And they've hung up on me.

I will tell anyone that will listen and in my job I see hundreds of people that I'd rather walk everywhere for the rest of my life than finance anything again with Chrysler.

Chrysler the company without a heart.
