Chrysler Financial - Performance Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Todd O. and Mark Byrnes Todd O approved work on my Jeep on 11-30-09. The repair was not done right and we are still having the same problem. Todd O. and Mark Byrnes both stated we are not going to fix our mistake. Columbus, Ohio
I went to Performance Jeep at the Auto-Mall in Columbus, Ohio on 11-27-09 for a oil leak and the dash lights will not go off. Mark Byrnes (very rude) stated to leave it with them. Mark B. stated he would call to let me know what the mechanics found.
Mark Byrnes call me back and stated that it as a valve cover cover gasket leak and a senor out. We call you when its done. On 11-30-09 Mark call and stated that everything was fixed and to come and pick up my Jeep.
On 12-16-09 I had to take it back because the oil leak was not fixed. Mark Bynres stated that they will not re-repair the oil leak that they noted and replaced on 11-30-09. Then stated that I'm trying to get stuff free. I told Mark Byrnes that paying $300.00 a month for the jeep is not tying to get something free but to have a maintenance free jeep and to get it done right the first time not the second, third or forth time.
I told Marks boss Todd O. Todd O. stated that for me to get a lawyer and sue them because I'm not Ok'ing to fix our mistakes. Then told Mark Byrnes to call the police.
Not one time I was there did I threaten anyone or shove anybody like one of their workers did to me when I was trying to leave. He shove me into my jeeps door. Then lied about it.
It must be a common practice that Todd O. tells his workers lie, lie and then lie again.

which is also referred to as the "hub", according to information on the web.
*Just 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED BANK, WHO CONTROLS WHO VIDEO, and listen to what is stated in that video.
The charts being used in that video are available on the web. You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts. You'll see that "Chrysler Corp." appears in 'Chart 3'.
Don't forget that Chrysler went bankrupt and needed billions upon billions of dollars in taxpayer's money from the TARP in order to stay afloat, right?
Good luck to you!

I have a 2008 Honda Odyseey I bought new (EX-L with Navi) It had 75-80,000 on it at the time. My Navigation unit hard drive completely crashed. it cost approx 2-3,000 dollars to fix. Honda ate the cost 100%(matter of fact they gave me a free oil change due to the fact it failed). I didn't have extended warrenty. Just I have recommended this dealership to other people so they've "made sales off me" which I'm sure they made a few dollars off that which is fine. but I apperiate Honda's willing to "go to bat" for me.
My sister has a 2008 Chrysler Aspen with Navi also her navigation hard drive crashed(again 2000-3000 dollars) she had pay for it 100%.
This ispart of the reasonthe big 3 failing. When parts are failing and the company "doesn't go to bat for you" and your family or friends have a similar experience say "hmmm that's weird cause my Toyota,Kia, or Honda ate that bill 100%." I used to have a Dodge Truck and I'll tell you Dodge is THE WORSE on warrenty work.(to get them to pay for it). I've had 4 Hondas since my Dodge Truck and i'll never look back.

The repair done on the customer vehicle was a goodwill out of warranty repair that we proformed at no charge to the customer. He agree upon because he was not going to pay any moneys we did the repair and he bought it back saying their was more leaks, at that time we gave a estimate for repair he became aggressive we advised him to leave the shop. Sorry about the customer being upset but at almost 80000 miles their only so much goodwill you can do.
