Chrysler Financial ripoff-deducted twice the amount of payment I authorized ripoff artists fraud Southfield Michigan
A payment was authorized for $629.85 by auto deduct from my checking account. There was another payment due within a few days so they decided to take that payment out as well and deducted $1259.70 without authorization. I contacted my bank they put the money back into my account and I mailed them a regular check for the original amount. Luckily I caught it before there were any NSF fees!
