I purchased my 2014 Dodge Ram, in 2016. I have contacted UCONNECT in regards to radio issues I was having such as error messages that would populate on my screen and they told me that I was getting an over the air update to fix issues....I brought the vehicle into the dealership and they updated the radio and it fixed nothing, actually it made things worse now my clock on the radio was off by 20 to 45 minutes each time I set it in the morning. UCONNECT told me my battery in my vehicle must have been bad I laughed and said they were wrong to assume the battery would be bad since my vehicle start every day without issue... Fast forward to April 2018, I finally get this magical over the air update which made things drastically worse with my radio. Now my radio at different times does not come on for 1-5 minutes and when this happens nothing inside the vehicle works to include the radio, air conditioning and any and all buttons attached to the radio assembly...... I contacted UCONNECT to talk about this ongoing 2 year issue and they tell me to bring it to the dealership which I do and I contacted UCONNECT to advise them I was at the dealership and they tell me sorry for your inconvenience however the people I need to speak with are not hear on Saturdays . They then said my case will most likely be turned down since it was turned down two years ago when this issue originated.... UCONNECT customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. I just want my radio to function in the vehicle I paid $28,000 for...........
