I am the original owner and purchased a new vehicle lifetime warranty for my 2008 Jeep Patriot which also has lifetime drive train warranty from chrysler. Unfortunately lifetime does not mean lifetime to MOPAR/Chrysler/Jeep in spite of the FAQ indication that it does.

Warranty is LIFETIME NEW VEHICLE MAXIMUM CARE UPGRADE PLAN

From FAQ on the site:

A: Mopar® Vehicle Protection is offered with a wide variety of time and mileage terms, typically up to 7 years and 100,000 miles. Lifetime plans have no time limit on mechanical coverage, but only for the original owner; they are not transferable unless required by state law.

From my listing on the warranty site:

Expires on: 2015/12/18 or 80,000 miles

Genuine RIPOFF!
