Chrysler Jeep Westbury our 2005 Pacifica went in for a routine service on Dec 14,2005 and they refuse to release our car or tell us anything Westbury New York
on Dec.14,2005 we brought our 2005 pacifica in for a pre-arranged servicing for a headlamp recalll,small transmission leak, and the ABSlight on. They refused to give us a loaner until day 9. As of Jan. 22,2006 they will not release our car or respond to us.The CHRYSLER 800 number told us they can't help us. We have written to their headquarters and they also have not responded. We are disgusted with this company that refuses to treat their customers with respect and simply refuses to correspond with us. Any help you can give us would br greatly appreciated

I agree, she should have taken it where she bought it. Big BUT here, but she can take her vehicle to any authorized dealer she choses for service. Maybe keeping her informed as to what is taking so long may have reduced everyone's anxiety.

this customer did not pruchase vehicle at this dealership. It was purchased at Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Where her brother works. We were asked as a favor to help this customer and the vehcile had major transmission problems that needed to be authorized through chrysler. The selling dealership or her brother should have loaned mrs perez a vehilce. After her brother called me personally I did get her a loaner vehicle as a courtesy to them. We have have made mobile visits to her home since at no charge to her.
My main question is why didn't she bring it to the dealer she bought it from where her brother works???????
