Chrysler ripoff, harassment on the job, disrespectful, and a lady by the name of Ms. Baker hang the phone up on me without hearing why I was late. They sent to repo car Internet
I fell behind due to financial difficulties, the death of mother, accidents, and other issues. Rude messages were being left on my job, and at home, even on my cellphone. A lady by the name of Ms. Baker called and she was very rude to me, she didn't give me a chance to explain my situation to her, and she didn't want to hear anything I had to say. She dominated the entire conversation, and before I could say anything, she said she would send to repo the car, and at that point hang up the phone on me.
A few days later I received a message from a PI, and I was told by my daughter that they came to repo the car. The car cannot be driven because it was involved in an accident. Other creditors try to work something out with you, but these individuals working for chrysler are rude and they behave as if they have never been late on a bill. But may God have mercy on their souls.
