I am a recent graduate of the chubb programming cirriculum and am now realizing my education is next to worthless.

My complaints are numerous, from dishonest recruiters(who told us that chubb had a 96% "job success" rate)to incompetent teachers,to a staff that is more concerned with keeping students quiet than making sure they get a good education.

Oh and I forgot about the career services department. It turns out that the "96% success" rate includes "related fields" like telemarketing, data entry(that pays about $10.00 an hour)and basically any job that uses a computer(we found this out about a month before graduation).

Any real programming jobs are looking for either real world experience or a computer science degree.

I am trying to contact any other chubb grads with similar complaints that want to take action. If interested contact me below

I am glad that finally the first posting has made it to this powerful website. I am also a grad of Chubb institute and never got any Job offered. I know that there are several others out there and hopefully some action will be taken soon!

SLM which is the lender of most students (see SLM ripoffreports) is another partner of "crime" with most of the schools.

Please resend your contact info as it didn't show on your posting so maybe soon a website dedicated to this problem can operate with a forum for all those students matching this scam.

I interviewed at Chubb institute in Cherry Hill New Jersey...I came in...as an instructor w/ 5 years experience...I was A+ certified...a Certified Novell Engineer...in both 4 and 5...and a certified Microsot Professional...w/ 2 years teaching just MS2000. My interview for the instructors was a joke...their Novell instructor...was this miserable fat little woman...who didn't have a CNE...and made snottie and hostile comments during my presentation...the programming instructor...was this anemic and equally rude c**t...who made no attempt to hide her hostility...and then...there other instructor...looked like 60's hippie...who's still getting over the fall of the soviet union The three of these jokes...wrote me a horrible review...and told the school head...that I wasn't technically proficient! When I had more certifications and more experience than the 3 of them combined! Also...this was 2001...and they still didn't have a MS 2000 curriculum...they were still teaching NT4.0...what a joke! In a word...Chubb is an insular little place...w/ a silly little click...who's curriculum is hopelessly out of date...and yes...their programming department is a joke...what programming are you going to learn from that gaunt c*nt...who's never done any programming anywhere...except in a classroom situation for students...
