Complaint Review: Chuck Dennis Production

No one expected a pandemic and to not attend a festival, however, a no refund policy is not applicable when the Governor shuts the state down. We were not given the opportunity to decline or accept tickets transferred to next year. We were not notified via email. The promoter Chuck Dennis ignored my messages, his email address was changed and he rejected the refund via Event Brite. If we are not given a refund, we most likely will sell the tickets next year and let our other jazz attendee friends know about this event.
