BEWARE OF THIS FIRM: They hire sub-contractors and do not pay them! Chuck Masterson the owner has been doing this for sometime, he hires sub-contractors to come in and do the job, then either does not pay them or gives them a check without having any funds in the bank. When you call him, he then does not pick up the phone anymore. He does not reply to your emails. He disappears and ignores you.
Worst part about it is he is putting the client at risk! If he doesn't pay the sub, the sub has the right to sue you as well as him for the money owed.
