I ordered from these guys three weeks ago. The website says you will recieve your items in 7 days. Seven days rolled around and I had recieved nothing. I never even got a delivery confirmation, which their site states will happen when the item is shipped.

Since then. I have e-mailed them over 10 times and no one will respond. I have also called the phone number at least 50 times and there has never been a answer. It just forwards you to a voicemail, where I have left 5 different messages and guess what, no response. I started doing some research and found many complaints on this particular site about them.

They changed their name from NorthWest Glass Art to ChunkyGlassPipes recently. If you type NorthWestGlassArt in on Google, the whole page is full of complaints by people who have been ripped of by these guys.

If you go to NorthWest Glass Art website it forwards you straight ChunkyGlassPipes. I have been communicating with a few other people in a forum that have recently been ripped of as well, and are experiencing the same "no response's" from them, as myself.

I noticed yesterday they changed the phone number on their site. It now doesn't even ring, just goes directly to voicemail.

I decided to try a experiment. I used my alternate e-mail address, and e-mailed them as a potential customer, who was interested in making a large purchase.

They responded with the info., as where to send my money order within hours. I am convinced this place is a total scam. I can't understand how they can continue to get away with this.

How can they still accept credit cards? Why hasen't their terminal been taken away?

I hope others will take the time to post their stories as well. We live in America and there are laws against this business conduct, lets do something!!
