After buying a source code that was far older than stated, they continued to literally patronize me. Theyre customer service is one person, who refuses to offer any real help or refunds. They say they updated code, which they didnt. Made me waste even more time, only for them to tell me politely that I'm screwed. Now I have no product that i can work with, ive wasted two weeks in trying, and I'm insulted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. I dont care how good it may sound. I wish I would have read the reviews on this company first.
Liliana is somehow the first customer service rep that one speaks to, and also the manager, and also wont let you talk to anyone above her. Hmmm. Fishy. After a trail of 20-something emails and being patronized, it is clear they are only after your money, and will steal it if necessary.

The project was completed and is live under your developer account. You are still complaining after 2 years from the project begin even if you didn't pay for the project in full....
Our main concern is the customer satisfaction as you see...otherwise the app would never been submitted under your account.

Nothing was escalated. I spoke with the same person the entire time.
When I asked for a WORKING version of the app, I was told
"You should have considered this before to purchase the product...." :/
After going back and forth with literally zero functional remedy, I was told
"We are sorry that you missed the deadline, but you can't blame it on us. " in regards to their 'refund policy'. As anyone can see by Googling "Chupamobile review" or complaint, or fake refund policy.... this is not uncommon. They stall with what seems like helpful comments at first, that never leads anywhere, until they pass their 14 day mark. NOTE: I asked for a replacement that compiled on android (literally only looking for a working product) more than 7 times, and was never given one despite bad links and fake responses during these 14 days.
Seriously folks, if you're reading this... They dont care. And if you doubt me at all, use your favorite search engine to find tons of other complaints just like mine. Don't fall victim to these guys. Avoid at all costs.
As for Chupas response, I don't blame you for trying to do your PR mitigation... but this could have remedied very easily without a patronizing "manager" before this escalated. Bad business.

The product that you purchased is on line under your developer account despite you didn't completed the payment for the app reskin and launch.
The issue has been escalated to the manager, who analyzed more than once your case, starting from the purchasing date on October 2015.
We think that your request can not be satisfied. We also ignored the fact that you didn't settle the full payment for the reskin.... We can not offer you any modification for free.
