I paid for re skinning of an app service that cost over $2000. I thought since they are located in the UK I would get a developer from that area. They outsourced the re skinning service to a company in Pakistan I found out after. The work was sub par and to this date has not been finished. I tried to email managers and even the CEO and no one responded. Do NOT work with this company unless you like being ripped off! Below are emails so you can see how they treat their customers. I paid for their service in March of 2015. You can see the dates in these emails

Hi,
Actually we are working with original developer to fix inapp implementation. Original author has taken 2 weeks time from
us to see the inapps code, this is 2nd week of his work.
We are in communication with him, your reskin is complete only inapps left to implement.
