Complaint Review: Churchill's Fine Cigars

Hello,

I have been a regular at this particular location, and since I have been going there, the smoke eaters have never done a decent job at removing the smoke from the lounge. It becomes extreamly bad when there are 6 people in there smoking cigars at the same time, to the point that we have to open the back door to help remove the trapped smoke. I have on many ocasions had to leave because it gets to the point that your eyes are burning, watering and hard to breath.

All three of the employees including the manager have been told by many customers that something needs to be done with updating the smoke eaters for years. There have been a many regulars leave this location to go smoke cigars at close by cigar lounges, because the lounges is much better. It has gotten out of hand and if the manger or owner refuse to rectafy this problem, I'm sure even more people will leave this location and will write bad reviews on this location.
