Complaint Review: Churchs Chicken

I went into the local Church's today They have been bad before but this takes the cake When I walked in a lady greeted me and ask me to wait she did that for about five different customers. After the place starting getting more custoners, she ignored me and began to wait on a customer that came in after me When I said excuse me, to let her know that I was there first, she said she was here before This customer drove up after I was already in the building. I walked out and I hear her saying some people don't understand.

I was just going to walk out as I always do, but I went to my car, got a pencil and asked her for her name she said Norma. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes Reason of review: Poor customer service. Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution. I didn't like: Way i was treated as a customer.
