Complaint Review: Chuya-online.com

Chuya-online.com I bough at CD for music software (Vocaloid) for USD 202 which was to be door delivered at my home in India. The supplier did not inform about the total charges including customs. Now I am being asked to pay fine of USD 202 by customs. Had I known this I would have not bought it. They have also not sent any invoice to me. Kitakyushu-s**+ Internet

I purchased a CD for music software (volcaloid) at e bay for from seller http://www.chuya-online.com/ at USD 202 in April 2015. The address was home delivery at my residence in Pune City, India. After making the payment, no invoice was received on my mail. There was no intimation on the despatch date or when the item would be delivered to me. 

Upon contacting the seller, we were told that we have to get the item from customs. This is not possible as we cannot go to Mumbai to get this custom clearance done. This would be a very costly affair considering travel & stay costs.

I came to know about the despatch when customs dept sent me a notice to pay fine and penalty to collect this item and the fine is 202 USD which is the cost of the CD. Had I known this, I would have not bought the item at all.

It is seller's responsibility to provide complete information on terms of delivery and custom clearance. The seller hid this information causing huge loss to me and the suffering as I still have not received the item after 4 months of making full payment. The seller must refund the whoile amount immediately to avoid any further loss to me. The seller has not yet reunded the amount to me.

There is no way a buyer can talk to ebay to get the problem resolved. this is extremely dissatisfying.
