Complaint Review: CIBUS ENERGY LLC - NELSON J RAMIREZ

CIBUS ENERGY LLC - NELSON J RAMIREZ NON PERFORMERS AND DECEIT Miami Florida

My client engaged this company in order to buy refined petroleum products from it.  Over the course of a 10 day period Nelson Ramirez assured my client that his company had the product in storage tanks and his company was the titleholder. He even informed my client that he had in his possession an independent fresh Quality and Quantity report that he had paid for. As a result of the statements made by Nelson Ramirez my client organised exit logistics for the fuel and prepared funds to pay for the fuel. It subsequently transpired that Nelson Ramirez had nothing and it was all lies and deceit. Cibus Energy LLC is looking to use the financial capability and exit logistics of its buyers to try to purchase fuel for itself and then resell it. STAY AWAY FROM HIS COMPANY AND NELSON RAMIREZ, THEY ARE BOTH TIME WASTERS, NON-PERFORMERS, LIARS AND DECEITFUL

#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

The representations made by this indivudual are incorrect, defamatory and self serving.  We have never claimed to be the owner of any product sitting in tanks.  The simple fact is that we have never been able to complete any transaction with Mr. Lonabaugh for a variety of reasons.  When Mr. Lonabaugh has presented cutomers for possible transactions, they were unable or unwilling to provide a simple Proof of Funds request as is customary in this industry.

When Mr. Lonabaugh presented Suppliers to us, we were unable to close any deals with them because they did not have any verifiable product despite thier, and Mr. Lonanbaugh's, representations.  In fact, Mr. Lonabaugh's proported Suppliers presented us with Commercial Invoices for product that never even exsisted.  We never blamed Mr. Lonabaugh and understood that to be an unfortunate result of being a middle man.  It has happened to us as well and that is why there is a verification process in this industry.

By way of clarification, we have never asked for any advanced payment, deposits, fees or charges in order to complete any transaction.

Mr. Lonanbaugh's position here is confusing as just a few weeks ago he was offering us product. We did not act upon his offer.  Perhaps this is his motivation for this post.  Truley, we cannot speculate as to what is driving Mr. Lonabaugh to post these defamatory statements.  Perhaps, in my opinion and not as a representation of fact, Mr. Lonabaugh's inability to complete a transaction and the accompanying frustration that must generate has led him to decide to ruin any possible business relationship we may have.  Still, in my opinion and not as a representation of fact, it may have been my refusal to lend him money when he asked for it.

We wish him the best in his future endeavors.
