CIC Credit Consumer Ripped off me and my husband , we are in the military and we can't have money taken from us like this rip off scam con artists ripoff artists fraud Havelock North Carolina

Yesterday I went to chaeck my bank statement online and found out that they took 2 payments of 79.95 out of my checking account. Well I called CIC Consumer Credit and they said they would refund all the money. Well they better because I am sooo pissed. We are going to Vacation in July so I was saving money for it. I had to take my money out ofsavings and put it in Checking so my checks wouldn't bounce. All of that because of them bastards. Thanks. I now have 4 cents in my Saving now! Thanks a lot ASSHOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is what they wrote me after I wrote them a nasty letter:

Dear _________
I'm sorry for the misunderstanding ,but all you had to do was place a cancelation so that you would not have been billed , I do show that we received your cancelation by phone and
Your Membership has been cancelled.

You have been refunded the full amount of the Membership fee. A record of your refund will appear on your next credit card statement.

We look forward to doing business with you again.
