CIC Credit Monitering SVC ripoff, fraudulent billing Orange County California
5/30/03 I was billed $79.95 on May 19 2003. I now have a negative amount in my bank account. I was charged $250 in late fees because all of my checks bounced from 5-19 to 52-28. I am a college student living on my own and only making $7.00 an hour. I can not afford this amount of money. If I pay for these overdraft fees, and this $80 that was charged to me I can not afford school in the fall. I have never even heard of this company, or even been to their website. The only thing I know about this company is a name and a telephone number and that they unlawfully charged my account. Please feel free to call my home beause I would like to know what to do. Thank you.
