Misery loves company! I received the unauthorized charge to my account last week. When I called the bank for a phone number - it was incorrect (could have been the bank's fault?!) I did a google search and my heart sank when this website came up.

Thank you to the web site and the person who provided the correct phone number. I called to cancel my membership and to advise them that it is good business practice to inform someone when their membership is up for renewal!

Since I am not my husband, but could provide them with his social security number, they wouldn't give me the time of day. Funny, I was able to start the membership!

I e-mailed them and provided all the info they asked for to cancel the membership. I told them that if I did not see a credit to my account within 24 hours I will be reporting them to the consumer complaint division of the attorney general's office.
