charged us for this service, said we signed up for it but we didn't.

called talked to nadia id.#16848, went through the schpiell to make me keep the membership..nada

said it will be cancelled on this date 1-19-04
may take several statements to see the credit

very nice, almost had me renew (just kidding)

sorry i talked to ruth, said it will be cancelled today 1-19-04, will credit a refund...well i guess will see..
