I completed the information to recieve my free credit report from this company. I did agree to pay the $79.95, with the option I could cancel within 30 days and not be charged. After a week (6 days) went by and I never recieved my credit report, I emailed them and said that I wanted to cancel my subscription.

I got a response from a customer service rep. saying my account had been cancelled and that I would not be charged. Three months later, they charged me the $79.95.

I immediately called my bank and got the phone number to call them. I called them and spoke with Andrew (employee number 1608) who agreed that I had should not have been charged. He asked me for the credit card I had used, which happened to be my husbands (who was not home).

He said he could not help me, that I had to contact my bank. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told, by Andrew, that it was 5 minutes to their closing time, and she could not speak with me. When I asked why? He said she was conducting the closing duties.

These people are frauds. I called back my bank, and they are taking care of it. The customer service rep at my bank also commented that he had to do the same thing for another customer just last week, for the same company.
