We tried the for free offer about a year ago and attempted to cancel (via phone call) within 30 days. No refund showed. This got forgotten until the credit card is charged for "renewal." No statement was sent indicating upcoming renewal.

The company is now refunding a portion of the renewal fee for cancellation from the date we were finally able to reach them on the phone.

This fails to address the matter that cancellation was originally requested during the "no risk" trial period.

Georgia Consumer Affairs office is being notified naming CIC Credit Monitoring Service, ConsumerInfo.com (referred to in the automatic answerign message on 877-513-4175) and Experian.
