I did not order the CIC Monitor service and need to cancel Does anyone have more information Phone number, Fax number, e-mail address or mailing address. How can I get my money back.

First file your complaint with them at
helpconsumerinfo@consumerinfo.com
Consumerinfo.com is CIC.They are one and the same. You filled out a form on consumerinfo.com to obtain a free credit report and they screwed you. There are many complaints here on the RIP OFF REPORT about them.
Anyways file a complaint at the above email address and make sure you include in your statement that if they do not immediately credit back your account you will have your credit card compnay charge it back to them. They do not like this and will credit back the money.
Next call your credit card company and dispute the charge saying you never authorized the charge.
