CIC Credit Monitor Service dishonest fraudulent billing ripoff business Internet Worldwide
I received my credit card bill the other day and it had a charge for $79.95 on it. This was a non-consenting charge for what was supposed to be a free credit report. But they charged me for the credit monitoring service that I had said "No Thanks" to.
This was fraudulent billing with out my consent.
