I ordered the online report not free of charge. I paid about $24/-. I just found out through my credit card bill that I have been chage by CIC for $79.95/-

Caller: I calling to cancel my account and my money to be refunded bacause. I never asked for this.

CIC: It is after 30 days. I can cancel your account but will not be able to refund the money.

Caller: How about the pro-rated.

CIC: I don't know any thing about it.

Caller: I know there is a law suit on your company in this regards. I wanted to be added on that.

CIC: She put me on hold. (After 10 minutes get get back.) I will cancel you account and the money will be refunded.

Caller: Thanks you.

CIC: She hang up the phone.

After 10 minuts I called back just to make sure what she was saying is correct. I found out that yes she did order a refund. Lets see if I really get the money back.

IF the numbers you called previously do not work call 1-888-888-8553 for an immediate refund. So far, this number has been working for everyone.

CHANGE ALL YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBERS FOR DEBIT AND CREDIT OR ANY OTHER KIND!

They have been known to bill people all over again, as much as a full year later. You are not out of the woods yet, if you don't change those account numbers.

After a long day of work....
I was trying to pay my car insurance for the second time (in the same month), cause nothing in this country is ever processed right or on time. My visa check card was declined. After huffing and puffing for a while... I called my bank and found out that there was a 79.95 purchase on my account. I flipped out. So after trying repeatedly to get in contact with CIC or for that matter figure out what CIC was I finally got the number. I called and spoke with a lady...She told me to read the fine print. (I got in contact with my lawyer sometime before this.)I told her after screaming and cursing to get this off my account. She finally did. I never thought this would happen to me.
Consumer Beware.
