Complaint Review: CIC Credit Monitor Service

I was looking through my monthly credit card billing and noticed a $79.95 charge on my card from CIC Credit Monitor Service without my consent or knowledge.

I did sign up for a free credit report and was under the assumption that if I cancelled my membership within the two-three days that I wouldn't get charged the normal annual fee. I thought I did cancel my membership and I am upset and want my money back.
