Complaint Review: CIC Credit Monitor Service

After i filled out the info a message come up saying I'm sorry but your application can not be processed at this time.They told me to check back at a later time. The next day i went to see if maybe the problem was fixed,i sent a email to cic credit monitors asking them if my application was recieved and they said no i'm sorry we do not have info.

They told me to go back to the web page and redo and try again.I asked again if they were sure because i didn't want alot of request for my credit report to show up on my report.They asured me that they did not have my information,adding that maybe i did'nt submit it the proper way..

Well the more i thought about it the madder i got.So i never went back to the web site to submit my form properly..Ha Ha So when i recieved my bank statement big as day a $79.95 charge from cic credit monitor service.Which also explains why i had a check that was not honored,$30.00 charged because cic took money from my account that was not their money to take.i will do what ever i need to,and it would be wonderful to recieve the mony back.
