I also ordered the "free" online credit report. I paid around $20.00 and through my checking I just found out I was charged by CIC for $79.95. I never authorized this so I called 1-888-888-8553. The women kept saying it was over 30 days and it could not be refunded. Sternly I said no it will be return and demanded a refund because there was no authorization and I thought it was a one time deal. So she said OK it will be refunded and I would get a confirmation e-mail in 48 hours.
Just be stern and demanding and you'll get your money back!!!!
