Complaint Review: CIC*CREDIT MONITOR SERVICE

It's almost payday so I went through my checking account to make sure there are no outstanding items when I had ONE transaction not written in my check register. Well, the transacetion date was 9-7-03 and my girls and I were in the car most of the day coming back from a long weekend trip, so there was no way I ordered or payed anything that would be for "Credit Monitor Svc".

I immediately searched online for this company name and this ripoff report was the first hit. After reading the main report from a previous victim, I just fall into the 30-day period mentioned, (Today is 9-24-03/11:17pm) AND yes, similar to the guy in that report, I too wanted to check my credit before looking into to buying a new computer and the possibility of financing one through Dell or Gateway, etc. I feel stupid and embarassed! Hopefully this company can be stopped and save the next hardworking soul out there.

P.S. Not even God will be able to help the person on the other end of the phone in the morning.
