They siad I signed on for a 30-dat trail on June 30, 2003. On July 31, 2003 $79.95 was taken from my checking account.
I only remember signing on for freecreditreport.com which I though was free. I don't remember signing on for trail or pay service. I don't want to sue for millions just give back what you took.

They do not have the willingness to be upfront about the services they sell, which you unknowingly purchased. You have agreed to use a Credit Monitoring Security Service.
They need to rephrase their sales pitch to "Free Credit Report" included with our 30 Day Trial credit monitoring service. An Annual fee of $79.95 is due, if you do not respond prior to 30 day free trial." Of coarse, they risk a lower profit, but they are headed for no profit period.
Call CIC Monitor customer service 1-888-888-8553 to collect your refund. Do not take too long, because as time goes by, you are losing your window of refund opportunity. This is according to their purchase "Terms of Agreement". You should go back to the site, and print out that document for reference.
Canceling the card may not be necessary, but you might change the account number for peace of mind. Make a point of it to tell your credit card company to block ALL OR ANY future charges which might originate from this corporation.
