One month after ordering and receiving a "free" credit report over the internet, my Visa account was charged 79.95.

I called and after much discussion a lady by the name of Laney agreed to confirm cancellation of my subscription via eamil and to credit my Visa account in 7 to 10 days.
We will see it this happens.
