I wish to report this company and ask for help in receiving a refund. I filed for a free credit report and I received it, but now I noticed a Monitoring charge on my credit card; something I didn't authorize.
Can you help me? I tried to contact the merchant, but no success. What shall I try next, use your support or try to use my Credit Card Services for a Despute of a charge?
