I signed up for a free 30-day trial in August 04. I tried to cancel online the same evening, which they make completely impossible, so I had to call and cancel over the phone the next morning.

I just noticed 4 months later that they have been charging me $9.95/month since then. After reading these other complaints, and my recollection of dealing with them in August, I hardly think this is an accident.

The difficulty in cancelling memberships is nothing less than intentional and I believe should be a crime in and of itself. I've sent them and email, and am awaiting news, but will absolutely file charges and contact the media if necessary.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you were provided. If in fact you email the company there would be written documentation of your request. Did you ask to speak with a supervisor? Did you write to thier consumer relations group, Did you ask to speak to the president or corporate office? Did you ask for your money back? If you said no to any of these questions then you havent done everything you can do.
