Complaint Review: CIC Credit Monitoring

I am continuing to be charged $7.95/month from CIC*Credit Monitoring (ConsumerInfo.com). For what? If it was in the fine print that I signed up for this service by getting a free credit report, then so be it, but the fact that they keep charging me after I have cancelled the service is beyond me.

When I supposedly cancelled/closed my account with Consumerinfo.com some months ago, I thought no big deal. They even credited my Visa. Since then there has continually been the $7.95 monthly charge. I have even asked my credit card company to help, but all they did was a one time credit to my account. Wow, thanks.

I will get this taken care of. Everyone beware of these crooks without a conscience. How do they sleep at night?
