Complaint Review: CIC Credit Monitoring

I learned today that I have been billed by CIC Credit Information on my credit card. While I am hoping that this is a mistake, I have contacted the company explaining that I have been billed. I did request a free credit report from this company, but I have never received it.

I have not received any other materials from this company either. In the event this is not a mistake, I will be notifying my Credit Card company of a charge for something not received, and I will also notify the California State Attorney General's Office of the trend in behavior by this company.
