I found a charge on debit mastercard for $79.95 on 9/30/2003 and immediately contacted my credit card company who in turn gave me the company's name and phone number. I immediately called them and was told a cancellation had been placed but it would take seven days for a refund. This is unacceptable to me as it only took the company minutes to grab the money from my card.

I was told by the Supervisor Carlos Employee ID # 60080 that if I faxed a letter to the Consumer Relations department that my money would be refunded that day. It is now three days later and each time I call Carlos is not available. I refaxed another letter today - it has cost me an additional $20.00 in fax fees to try to recover this. I am very upset as the money they took was the money I was to use for much needed medication. I am on unemployment of only $97.00 a week so this took it all and I can not get the high blood pressure pills and the anti depression medication I need so I am having to do without.

Anything I can do to help stop this company I will do. I am writing to the Attorney General's offices for the States of Tennessee and California. I have already called the LA Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint.

Any suggestions on getting my money? My credit card company (Netspend) is aware of the situation and is being cooperative and helpful but CIC Credit Monitoring is ignoring me.
