Complaint Review: Cic Credit Monitoring

I was offered a 30 day free trial after Iread my report, I quickly sent them an email asking them to please cancel my
memebership. this was 8/9/04 well my bank staement came &
there Iwas charged $40.90 for a credit report , I've tried to
get an email address from what was on my staement, but it kept taking me to the free report page . it has alink to customer service but it doesn't go anywhere so after a bit a blank page appears Warning! this page has expired. Richard & Ethel Martinez
