I was on msn.com on their House and Home section where I saw an offer for a free credit report with a 30 day trial credit monitoring membership. I filled out the info and waited for my report.

It never came, but the $79.95 charge THE DAY AFTER I requested my report sure did. I just got my credit card statement and I nearly went over my limit with that fraudulent charge, since on that particular card, I keep a low limit.

So, I still have no credit report, and a charge from one day into the membership, even though I cancelled shortly after because I knew I didn't want the service.

The charge is now in dispute, and I will be joining the class action lawsuit.
