Complaint Review: CIC Credit Monitoring Service

I signed up for a trial offer to recieve a free credit report last year. In May 2004 I received a charge on my card for 79.95 from CIC Credit Monitoring. I went to the sight that I had initially signed up for the offer on, freecreditreport.com and tried to sign in to cancel my report however the sight told me my name was not in their database. So now I cannot cancel or use their service.
