Complaint Review: CIC Credit Monitoring Services Aka QSpace.com

I sent this to the folks at CIC...I want my money back!!!...I never would have gone to the site to get a FREE copy of my credit report, if I had known this would happen. (i would have just written to equifax for my yearly free credit report)

Not only have I been charged $79.95....But I never recieved ANY newsletter !!! I am also wondering how they got ahold of my hotmail addy....I never use it...and did not use it to get my credit report. hummmm strange huh?

I did NOT sigh up for your CIC monitoring service. All I wanted was 1 free credit report. Not only have you charged me $79.95, but I never recieved ANYTHING!! for that amount.

Look folks I am disabled I have all of $460.00 per mo to live on....So please do the right thing. CANCEL any membership I may or may not have with you ...THEN PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. You Don't seem to understand that for some people, $79.95 is the diffrence between whether you eat for 2 weeks or not.

So now what do I do ?????
