This company is charging me $12.00 a month for a service I never requested. Does not answer to e-mails. Can't get through on the phone. Major ripoff! I want a refund.

Just got through on the phone! WOW! They try really hard to keep you. They say my accounts are cancelled but we'll see on next months statements. I'm cancelling both my cards just in case. They say they want to protect us but they are just scamming us for the money. Forget a refund, not gonna happen. Read small print! When you go to get your free credit report you automatically MUST sign up for this service or you cannot get the report. That is where the scam begins. Very bad business practice. I am surprised at Experian.

I just checked and these people are charging my debit AND credit card! I cannot believe them! I used my debit card to order my credit report and they must have helped themselves to my credit card to charge me again!
