Complaint Review: CIC Credit Report

i was trying to close my account and notice that it was over by $79.95. i asked the bank why and they give me cic credit reports number. i called and found out that they have been changing me since may of 2001.

i want my money back for the last 3 years. i told them this and they said that they could only give me this years back. i ask them why would they take something that was not theirs. i never give them that right. please help me understand why a company can do these things.
