I see three line items on my cc statement showing the following charges

CIC*CREDIT REPORT 5.00
CIC*CREDIT REPORT 5.00
CIC*CREDIT REPORT 34.95

I have no idea what they are and I never used my CC to obtain any cc report or anything. This is embrassing, on top of my hectic software job, I have to fight with the unknown people to who is available on phone only during business hours after indefinite waiting time.

I am not sure what is happing here, because if i search in google with 'CIC CREDIT' i get tonnes of fraud complaints on these people, but still these guys continue eating your money without giving any d**n about what everyone complain.

The strange thing is i received this credit card few months back from Orchard and I never used it online till few days back. I used it only once to buy some question back on a online website which is processed thru the company: PISOSUPPORT.COM 18666822730. And in couple of days I get this new uknown charges. Now I doubt this pisosupport.com because i never used my CC online apart from this one (100% sure).

I have called CC company and they have a hectic waiting time on queue.

Yes, the same company that controls your credit score! I easily got a refund from them for two months of 9.95 charges but their non-authorized deductions to my account after I canceled caused $56 in NSF fees which my bank refused to remove and wanted me to pay $28 and fill out a form to deny CIC from deducting anything from my account again.

(I was floored that someone can keep on deducting after you cancel or tell them to stop if you gave them your info to begin with - it's not fraud unless you never gave your banking info and telling them to stop doesn't mean a thing if they want to continue taking your money. You have to pay $28 and fill out a form ay my EX-bank to make it stop).

I then filed an online report with the Better Business Bureau about CIC and I got a reply IMMEDIATELY from someone with Experian telling me to send them proof their charges resulted in NSF charges and they would refund them to me. I sent the proof and they sent me a check for $56. That was over a year ago and I am still shocked that CIC is owned by Experian. Where can I give Experian the credit score they deserve?
