Complaint Review: CIC CREDIT Service

I clicked onto a free credit report advertisement in early December of 2002. I signed up for this free report not know I would be charged for a free report. Two days after this my new laptop has to go back to BEST BUY for repairs. Little did I know that my computer would be a lemon. So now I was charged $79.95 by CIC Credit Monitor Svc for a service that I never recieved or even relized that I had gave autherization for purchase.
